To start, I simply joined Green City Force as a way to gain agricultural experience as agriculture is a life passion that I wanted to attain for a while now. I achieved that in Green City Force, and a lot more. I wasn’t expecting Green City Force to possess such valuable and beneficial resources prior to joining, nor did I expect to meet such brilliant and talented youths along the way. Collectively this has helped me to grow in a substantial way, not only in job readiness, but also as a person. I’ve blossomed socially while in Green City Force, and I feel like being around people especially from different backgrounds has helped me to embrace people more. Lastly, I want to personally thank Devon, Hakim, Marc, and my two Service Coordinators, Chastidy and Alie, for helping me along the way. I want to thank my fellow Corp Members and all personnel within Green City Force as a whole, you all have made this an invaluable experience for me that I shall cherish for the rest of my life.
