I decided to become a Corps Member because I wanted to try something new. I didn’t know anything about ‘going green’ or energy efficiency. Being in Green City Force, I learned how to recycle, something I knew very little about. I now feel like an expert. Green City Force means unity to me. The way we dress and represent ourselves shows we are one. The most important thing I learned in Green City Force is how to communicate. I learned how to speak professionally and how to be more easy going and comfortable with public speaking. For that, I would love to thank my Team Leaders Aram, Bernard, and Shanee. I would also like to thank Jared for always being there when I needed to speak to someone.
