My life before Green City Force was standing still. I was in and out of college because I didn’t know where I wanted to be or what I wanted to do. I knew I had to do something to better my life. I chose to become a Corps Member with GCF to make that change. In joining GCF, I endured changes along with opportunities one can only dream of. Green City Force taught me to make a change, not only in myself but in those around me. GCF taught me not to yearn for something and let it cease, but rather to make it real. Among the many things I’ve learned stand honorability, responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
“A man’s reputation is the opinion people have of him; his character is what he really is.” — Jack Miner
This quote should have everyone thinking. What do I want to show as my own reputation?
Being in Green City Force, you get a sense of who you are, who you want to be, and how to get there. You realize that you can accomplish pretty much anything you can imagine.
