I came into Green City Force with no plan. I had no plan for my academics, work, or personal future. I was so used to being directed on what to do and having plans created for me. After experiencing what it means to be an individual who serves their community, who develops themselves while making connections with others, I’ve realized I don’t need things done for me when I can get them done.
