Before finding Green City Force, I was in pursuit of a purpose. Green City Force helped me rekindle my passion for nature and how much I missed connecting with it; in turn, helping me recapture my purpose. Through this journey, I’ve made connections with great people and gained a new perspective. I would like to thank my Service Coordinator, Mariatou, who showed me how to lead with patience and empathy. I also want to thank the Support Services team, Kitson and Giselle, for showing me compassion and understanding through my rough patches during my service term.
