Green City Force has meant to me a sanctuary to hone my skills. Before Green City Force I always believed I had immense potential but I didn’t do anything to prove it. Green City Force gave me a platform to not only shine but thrive in different spaces. It allowed me to elevate my emotional intelligence, to be able to read a room and believe that I can make whatever I’d like out of that situation. I’d like to thank all of my AmeriCorps Members that I’ve served with, you’ve allowed me to create friendships that can last a lifetime. I’d also like to thank my Service Coordinator Hakim Jeffrey for sticking by my side even when there were tough days we STILL GOT THE SERVICE DONE!
