My time serving at GCF has been a big eye opening experience for me in so many ways. GCF was most significant to me because they helped me get my OSHA and GPRO certifications way faster than me doing it on my own. Before GCF I wasn’t really doing anything, I was searching for jobs that would result in just a paycheck with no growth in sight but GCF helped me take the big step towards my future profession as an electrician. I have many people in GCF to thank but the ones who stand out the most are Paul, Aram, Stephanie, Precious, Wesley, Rosalba and Andrew. They all helped me whether it was help getting jobs/ certifications, help with a little push and motivation to constantly be a better me, and help with infrastructure or just down to mechanics on the farm.
