To me, Green City Force means the opportunity to grow as a person. I chose to become a Corps Member because I wanted to pursue a college education. Before GCF I was working part-time jobs in maintenance and volunteering with the NYPD as an Auxiliary PO. The most important thing I learned during my time with GCF is the importance of why we have to preserve our planet and how we can make all the difference in our communities by spreading our knowledge and service. After GCF I plan on having a good living wage job and pursuing my college degrees. Also I want to further build my brand and well-being as I try to obtain my dream job as an NYPD Police Officer/Detective. I want to thank Mr. Lawrence Harris for being a very strong team leader, and my fellow Corps Members for helping me along the way!
