Kenyan Baker


Being a person from the South, having the opportunity to work on a farm in NYC means a lot to me. I chose to become a GCF member because I knew that this program would help shape me to become the person I always wanted to be. The support from the staff is unmatched. I learned patience, humility, and more about food and racial injustices than I would ever know. Any person to join GCF is a lucky person and would not regret their experience.
