Before Green City Force, I was at home doing nothing with no luck in getting any job. Green City Force has really pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me the grit & motivation that I needed to become a better version of myself. They have taught me so much that I would have never even thought about, like how to grow and maintain crops during different seasons, how to harvest and distribute them! I now know how to help my community and others in becoming more energy efficient. I never thought about going to college but after completing my term of service I now want to finish school to get a better career.
