With the time I have had in this program I have accomplished working on bed repairs, team bonding, growing produce, community service, networking, tool work and more. I am so happy for the team we have at Forest. I want to shout out some of the professional coworkers like the Forest team members, Kevin, Robin, Liz (for stealing my last name), Carmen, and more people in this wonderful program. I would also like to mention our site kid Jariel who worked hard to support us, and a wonderful community lady, Ms. Williams, who donated produce and kept our spirits high. Highlights of this program have been the ability for me to grow my own produce at sites like peanuts, strawberries, onions and tomatoes to experiment and learn. Another is creating and designing a plant bed and then putting time to really try to make that idea possible and working against the odds to do it. Lastly, I thank all the teams for all their work and especially Service Coordinator Marc! Thank you to the support team, staff, and core members for it all.
