The reason I joined GCF was because I never really had that much work experience at all and I thought this would be the perfect start to my working career. When I first started I didn’t know I was going to get way more stuff taught and given to me than what I bargained for. We had some really interesting power sessions that taught me a lot of things I didn’t really know like code switching. The amount of friends I made in this cohort was crazy and they really helped me out during the term, especially the ones on my team.
