My choice to join Green City Force was one of the best decisions I have made as a young adult. My road to success seemed unpaved and rocky, but now I am on the smooth highway of success with a plethora of exits and opportunities. I didn’t think I would be able to get traction and motivation to go out and get a job, or further my education; it just didn’t seem realistic. Now it isn’t just a dream, it is a reality. I have learned so much transferable work and interpersonal skills working on the farm. I have acquired a great knowledge of how important work ethic, reliability, team work and professionalism are to getting where you want to be. I have gained more life and work experience in 6 months than I received in all my life. I have gained a wonderful community of business colleagues and lifetime friends. I want to give a special thanks to my Farm team. What I experienced with you all was one that took team work, inner strength and perseverance. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I wouldn’t trade it for the world because I’ve gained all of you. I love you all!
