Coming to Green City Force, I’ve learned a particular set of skills and experience around agriculture, recycling, compost and community outreach. I also developed professionally and earned certifications and trainings. I’ve expanded my work ethic and I’ve made myself a more valuable employee so I can earn higher wages. Before I came, I didn’t think I would enjoy outreach, but I’ve found I like it. Also, I have found a passion for electrical and lighting systems as well as building science and health and safety. I have stepped out of my comfort zone and found comfort in understanding composting and infrastructure. I would love to keep expanding my job abilities and knowledge.
