Green City Force was a great opportunity for me to learn and grow. GCF meant a lot to me because I felt like I had a lot to prove since I had no work experience. I chose to come to GCF because of the job training, to find a career, and to give back to the community. The most important thing I learned was recycling and staying energy efficient, because I changed my life and learned to not waste. After GCF I decided to work for Franklin Energy as a direct installer. I love my job, I love helping people, and I can see myself doing this as a career. I want to thank the Team Leaders, my godmother, the GCF staff, Lawrence, Anthony Williams, my mother, and God.
