Kitson Smyth is a Support Services Social Worker at Green City Force. Previously, he worked at Visiting Nurse Services of New York, Concert Health, and Cayuga Centers. He is passionate about working with children and young people through a culturally humble and trauma informed lens. They previously served an AmeriCorps Term after college which helped inform their decision to pursue a degree in social work. They are excited to give back to such an amazing program. He speaks Spanish and is attempting to teach himself Italian and Portuguese. He is Manhattan born and raised and studied Psychology at Dickinson College before obtaining his MSW at NYU’s Silver School of Social Work.
