As the Sectoral Training Manager at Green City Force, Ricardo leverages his extensive background in sustainability, program development, and management to drive the organization’s training initiatives. Responsible for overseeing training opportunities for over 100 service corps members annually, Ricardo ensures that GCF Corps Members and alumni receive comprehensive and relevant skills development tailored to sustainable careers.

Drawing on his expertise in environmental literacy and energy-related projects, Ricardo manages Green City Academy and collaborates with partners to design impactful service projects. He actively fosters connections between alumni and sectoral training providers, establishing strategic partnerships to enhance the talent pipeline in sustainability sectors.

Ricardo’s role extends beyond training coordination; he provides invaluable on-site career coaching, guiding corps members and alumni towards fulfilling and impactful careers in sustainability. Through his dedication and skillful guidance, Ricardo embodies GCF’s commitment to Service, Training, Sustainability, and Justice, actively contributing to the organization’s mission of empowerment and environmental stewardship.
