Giselle Birkett is the Senior Support Services Manager at GCF. Giselle obtained her MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at CUNY-Hunter College and a B.A in Sociology and Psychology with a concentration in Social Work from the College of Mount Saint Vincent. Prior to joining GCF full time, she interned with GCF during her final year of graduate school and interned at an outpatient substance use clinic to provide trauma informed care to clients who were in recovery. Combined with her years of experience in youth development work, Giselle is passionate about uplifting and empowering young BIPOC folks to help them recognize their resilience and ability for excellence.
