Florace Alleyne serves the Green City Force community as the Director of People Operations. Her love for “people” brought her to this current position, but her love and passion for “her people” moved her to Green City Force. Florace joined GCF with a Masters Degree in Industrial Organizational Development and put her knowledge into practice as the Executive Director of the Stillwell Avenue Preparatory schools, a New York City funded community based organization (CBO) prior to joining GCF. It was there that she discovered how impactful the benefits of community support can have on our youth. Beyond GCF, Florace is involved in outreach development and strategic community event planning that offers support and resources for youth and young adults. She mentors and coaches the young people in hopes that they themselves and those around them will see their worth.
