Alie Sowe is a two-time Green City Force (GCF) alumnus, serving at Howard Houses as a Corps Member and Bay View Houses as an Eco-Hub Fellow. During his tenure with GCF, he gained a new passion for youth development, food justice and urban agriculture. Before joining GCF, Alie worked in the airline and transportation industry, gaining valuable experience in the areas of clear communication, teamwork, efficiency, and sustainability. Alie’s extensive background, including time spent at the Eco-Hubs and in the workforce, has provided him with a wealth of firsthand knowledge. Alie is passionate about sharing their experiences and hopes to empower and inspire others in their future endeavors.
