Luisanna Sosa Caraballo is the Career Readiness Associate at Green City Force, where she supports Corps Members in building career readiness and developing clear pathways to successfully transition into post-program opportunities. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to increasing economic mobility for underserved communities by managing a range of education and career programs at higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations across New York City. Luisanna is a proud Bronxite and alumna of NYU, SUNY New Paltz, and AmeriCorps Public Allies New York. She is deeply passionate about helping young people thrive and achieve long-term success.
