Team GCF did it! Our runners have gone the distance—help bring it home!
This past Sunday, all four of our incredible Team GCF runners conquered 26.2 miles across NYC’s five boroughs at the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon—each crossing the finish line in under 5 hours!
We’re so proud of their hard work, dedication, and commitment to championing GCF’s impact across the city. Thanks to the generosity of our amazing community, Team GCF has now raised over $15,000 toward our $20,000 fundraising goal!
With just ~$4,500 left to raise by the end of November, we’re calling on our community to help us cross one more finish line!
Every dollar raised supports Green City Force’s mission to empower young adults through workforce training, environmental service, and community-driven sustainability initiatives across NYCHA.
