Dear GCF Community,
We hope you’ve been having a great summer and staying cool amidst the high heat!
Our Eco-Hubs are thriving this season, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our wonderful Corps Members, Eco-Hub Fellows, staff and 2024 volunteers! It is a joy to see the sites full of vibrant plants and strong harvests.
As we prepare for the graduation of Cohort 27 on September 9th and the start of Cohort 28, we’re reaching out to ask for volunteers to help us manage our Eco-Hubs during the September transition. Specifically, we are asking for volunteer support at our Eco-Hubs on the following dates (morning and afternoon shifts available):

If the highlighted September dates don’t work for you, you can also sign up for opportunities throughout this month and later in the fall.
From harvesting, watering, weeding and composting to general site maintenance – we could use your help! Whether you have a green thumb or are simply eager to lend a hand, volunteering at our Eco-Hubs is a fantastic way to spend time outdoors, meet new people, and contribute to a meaningful, local community project! Find more information on our Get Involved page – we welcome the support!
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to our communities and our Eco-Hubs! 🌻
In service and solidarity,
GCF
