The Recruitment and Outreach Associate (ROA) is responsible for conducting Corps Member recruitment and community outreach activities that are integral to the Green City Force ecosystem of service and community partnerships. The ROA will support the creation and strengthening of pathways to increase interest in GCF’s Service Corps program via the engagement of resident stakeholders, partners, and GCF’s network of alumni to advance GCF’s mission and increase program participation.
Under the direct and daily supervision of the Recruitment and Engagement Manager, the ROA will also work with other members of the Service and programs team to advance GCF’s recruitment and community outreach strategy and strengthen messaging and communications.
